This morning, Joel James MS joined, residents of Glyncoch, local Councillor Doug Williams and representatives from Heledd Fychan MS and Vikki Howells MS' offices to discuss Craig Yr Hesg Quarry with RCT Council.
The meeting took place at RCT Council offices in Pontypridd and allowed residents to meet with Paul Mee, Chief Executive, Louise Davies, Director of Public Health, Protection & Community Services and Simon Gale, Director of Prosperity & Development to discuss their concerns and what more the Council can do to support the community.
Speaking after the meeting, Joel said:
It was great to join Guardians of Glyncoch Members, Cllr Doug Williams and Representatives of Heledd Fychan MS and Vikki Howells MS at Rhondda Cynon Taf Council today to discuss Craig Yr Hesg Quarry and the ongoing community concerns.
It was a very positive meeting with constructive actions going forward.
