Last week, Joel James MS met with Núbia Boafo, Brazilian Honorary Consul In Wales, in the Welsh Parliament to discuss a range of issues affecting the Brazilian community in Wales and the continued relationship between Wales and Brazil.
Speaking about his meeting, Joel said:
