A few weeks ago, Joel James MS, attended a Senedd drop-in session to find out more about Royal Mail in Wales.
In attendance was Regional Operations Director for Wales - Helen Mead who welcomed feedback on the service Royal Mail provides, allowing Joel to raise constituent concerns that have been highlighted to him.
Joel was also able to discuss arranging a visit to Royal Mail, to see firsthand how an operation on such a large scale works on a daily basis, especially with the run-up to Christmas.
Speaking after the session, Joel said:
I really enjoyed meeting with Royal Mail at the Welsh Parliament recently. It was a great way to bring up some of the issues that residents are experiencing and to discuss their future plans.
