Responding to the review into the culture in South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, Joel James MS, Shadow Minister for Social Partnership, said:
The review into South Wales Fire and Rescue Services’ culture has made for worrying reading.
Our fire and rescue service personnel do an exemplary job, and they too are let down by poor professional cultures just as residents are.
The Minister should work with fire services in Wales to understand whether the culture across services is up to the high standard staff and the public expect.
