Joel James MS, Senedd Member for South Wales Central has announced he is celebrating 25 years of failure as the Welsh Parliament celebrates 25 years of devolution.
Speaking about the celebration, Joel said:
I don't think there's much to celebrate. We have the worst education standards, the worst hospital outcomes, and the worst performing economy - and Welsh Labour can't blame Westminster anymore.
